3. Shipping Returns

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed in cash only and will be made via a cash refund upon confirmation.

5. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product and completing the inspection. Please note that the exact timing of the refund may depend on your location and payment arrangements.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
