4. Delivery and Shipping
IvyRoamer delivers products worldwide. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors. We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance.

5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may request a return as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns must comply with our Returns Policy. Refunds are issued only in cash and processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Exchanges are not provided; customers must place a new order for a different item.
